This weekend I made my way to La Crosse, WI, which is about a 3 hour drive. The progression of scenery was so enlightening to me. I went from seeing snow and ice cover forest to a warm and beautiful sunset over variant bluffs and rivers. Each day I stayed, the weather got warmer and more beautiful.
The drive home gave me some time to think and remind myself that just as seasons can change through time and travel, so can the landscapes of our own lives through perception and patience.
