As a new season is upon us it can be a great time to reflect on how far we’ve come since the new year has started. 3 months is a great check point for goals we have for a new year.
There are a few things we can consider.
What have you accomplished so far? Are you on track with your long term goals? Does it still seem like a possible task?
It might not be a bad idea to reevaluate your goals and see how you can adapt or find goals that better fit your situation.
