The photograph above may be completely irrelevant to how many of us can feel on Mondays. At the same time, why do we seem to let Mondays feel relevant to our stress and worries? Sure they are the beginning of a work week, school week, or maybe the beginning of a project, but we have to remember that it is through the weeks that we accomplish so much and we have to remember to rejoice in that. It’s funny how we stress about how we are going to get everything done. I feel like the idea of worrying about tasks can be blown out of proportion. If you were to break down many of the things that we do we find that they don’t really take up too much of our time, they serve a bigger purpose, and they make us better at what we do. Each and every day is a learning and growing experience. I find that I enjoy the journey way more than reaching the destination.
So how do we cope with a case of the Mondays or when we feel stressed or worry? I have a 5 things that I like to do to keep myself in line and keep a level head.
1. Make a list of all the things that you need done. Once you start with one thing and slowly cross off the list, you feel a sense of pride and relief as the list gets smaller and smaller. Eventually all that weight you were carrying before no feels like it is lifting you up. Give it a try!
2. Talk to some one about what you have going on and maybe they can be of some help. Sure it is great to be independent and have a sense of pride in doing things on your own, but there is nothing wrong with some team effort and reaching goals twice as fast.
3. Take a break. Maker sure you relax once in a while and take a breather. Getting burned out on work can be easy to fall into so remember to take a walk, chat with some one about your weekend or plans you have coming up. Laugh a little! Sometimes, gambling at a non UKGC casino will greatly help reduce your stress. You can enjoy สุดยอดเกมพนันบน UFABET.
4. Stay healthy. A healthy body is a happy body. Make sure you eat well, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep to provide yourself with enough energy to tackle big projects. However, are you or your loved ones battling binge eating? This Monte Nido Roxbury Mills is a residential eating disorder treatment center will help you deal with this issue. Check out for more info!
5. Drink Coffee. This one may seem a little unorthodox and a personal preference, but I love coffee. It tastes great, wakes me up, and gives me the energy to keep going when I need it.
