There can be a mix of emotions when you empower others. They feeling is mutual to the person feeling empowered. Fear of failure, excitement for the future and a melting pot of every other emotion come into play.
Despite all the emotions, the greatest fact is that progress is happening when people are empowered. A progress that can make change. Even if it ends up being poor progress, it’s an experience.
Experiences are tools for carving our character. You need to use them wisely.
