Curiosity fuels the fire.
We all have a flame within us and our own curiosity is what feeds it to grow and sustain. If you think about it our curiosity can be negative and positive. When we think about bad things that can happen to us we become curious if they actually will. Anxiety rises and we can bring ourselves into a panic. There is nothing wrong with worries, they can keep us safe from danger, but it is important to keep our curiosities mostly positive.
When we wonder, we learn.
I spent a wonderful day with a friend of mine last weekend. We don’t see each other every season, but we try to keep in contact. Both of us have a passion for the arts and when we converse it is usually very exciting discussion. Every place we adventured to that day had much to offer. My friend has a grand obsession with textures and colors that the earth provides. She can describe them in such an attractive fashion. She loves to apply them to her work in so many ways. Discovering these new textures reveals new inspiration for her and what she creates.
Curiosity helps us discover new things and learn from them. We analyze with both our head and our heart.
Our passions and desires drive us to discover new things that excite us. We are so attracted to the idea of comprehension. When we understand why things are connected we open up new doors in our thoughts. Everything begins to make sense. We receive clarity. At the same time when we are approached with the unknown, we can find great beauty in that as well. Discovery through positive curiosity brings us to new levels of happiness.

Curiosity has made me the person I am today. I consider myself to be very outgoing and adventurous. It has helped me adapt to new situations or circumstances. Without curiosity life would be very dull. To add, curiosity plays a key role in writing or composing music. As a musician, I like to take risks and try to think outside of the “box”.

That’s awesome Danny! You are so right. Music is a channel built on curiosity, questions and what ifs. Very cool way of looking at it.
