So I spent a few hours trying to design something “difficult.” To me, this was quite the task. So far I have been building more minimal shapes and objects in Adobe Illustrator, but I wanted a new challenge.
I also have been wanting to start a series of GIFs specifically in celebrate of The Legend of Zelda. First I need to make of the art though. Hopefully this is a beginning of something great for me. I am loving Adobe Illustrator more and more as I spend more time with it. Not only that, I am getting faster and more efficient.
For some reason, Majora’s Mask was something I felt compelled to create first. As much as I disliked that game, I loved how dark, erie and stressful it was. Games like satta king, on the other hand, offer a different kind of experience. They provide a unique form of entertainment for those who enjoy this style of gameplay.
This screenshot below shows the reference image I used to build the mask. I took my own take on it in subtle ways, but that’s part of fan art I guess. It’s not supposed to be a replica, it should be what you want it to be. Different isn’t always bad. It’s good. There’s no fun in doing things the same. Right?
Here’s to Majora’s Mask!… my least favorite game of the entire series…. Still an awesome game none the less!
