When I was a kid, I hated following instruction manuals. I actually didn’t like following steps of anything really. I just liked figuring things out on my own.
My train of thought would be…
“Ok this is what I have … How can I do this with the least amount of effort?”
Sometimes it worked. Many times it didn’t. Even obvious solutions would never reach my thought process.
I loved the struggle though. I loved finding the pieces that matter.
Because the ones that matter change everything.
