There is something simple about this idea. Breathing. We seem to take it for granted sometimes. The fact that we are breathing. Just think about that for a second.
When all hope is lost and we remember to breathe, we give ourselves a chance to slow down and make things right in our head.
I am not sure if it’s psychological, the physical act of breathing, a spiritual action or just a fine mix of all of those things, but slowing down to take a breathe does wonders for us. It’s so simple. I can’t emphasize it’s simplicity enough. It helps us gather our selves and remove the chaos that pushes us over the limit. It helps us remember that we can handle this.
Taking a minute to realize that failure is not the end is a beautiful thing. If anything it’s a great new beginning.
I want you to sit on that thought for while and what that means to you. What that means to you and what you are doing in your life right now. Maybe you are struggling. Maybe you are failing and can’t imagine any success in your current work. Maybe it’s time to move on. Maybe it’s time to push harder because you finally and honestly believe you can.
I bet you can do it. You are capable of more than you thought you were. I just know it.
