When we are at ground level busy doing the work, getting our hands dirty and making things happen it can be easy to forget why we even do it.
What’s all of this for? Does it really add up in the end? Do the things I do reflect what I believe in? Do the people I work with care about the work as much as I do?
Maybe we need to look at the bigger picture to see if it’s actually adding up.
Or worth adding to.
Maybe our time could be spent doing more important things.
