All of my mobile photography is taken with the iPhone. Some of these were with an iPhone 4 and the most recent were taken with an iPhone 5s. I do most of my editing using the vscocam app and occasionally do edits with other random apps as well. It’s always nice to try new things. I usually just shoot with the iPhone native camera and then upload to my desired apps. I publish right to this blog using Pressgram.
I think one of the most interesting parts about shooting with your phone is how simple it really is. You forget about all the gear and focus on composition and lighting. I like how restrictions can make you think more critically and creatively. Developing those two skills are important to anyone. Even if you aren’t a professional. Learning to embrace the tools you have available will only enhance your abilities, even non creative ones.
