I know. I have been posting a lot of stuff about Pressgram. Sue me. Actually don’t do that. Please don’t. I just can’t help myself, this App is fantastic on so many levels, but there is one that really sticks out the most to me and it is absolutely amazing.
Pressgram allows you to capture every moment of your life. We have our phones in our pockets, we use it all day long. We snap photos of things we are doing, people we see, places we go. The biggest difference between our life being capture with Pressgram versus Instagram is that we can archive our life in any way that we want through WordPress.
Just think about that for a minute. The fact that you can collect your thoughts and what you see right on your smart phone and then file it away in a place that you own online. When it comes to other social networks, they are storing it, they allow you to view it on their terms, not yours. That sucks.
Pressgram enables you to have control of those images, those thoughts and how you can present them to the world. Not just that, how you can present them to yourself in the very distant future.
These are your memories and you have every right to own them and do what you want with them.
Sure, Pressgram helps bring traffic to your blog and is building a great community. Those are amazing things, but nothing as amazing as archiving your life on your terms. That’s a big deal. I don’t know about you, but I want to be able to remember all the little things in my life. All of those moments. They matter to me and I hope they matter to you.
