I had to get my brakes fixed this week after work and I couldn’t have had a better experience. They answered all of my questions even if they seemed a bit dumb. I’m not a mechanic, but I’m always curious.
If I don’t know I ask.
They didn’t make me feel like a dummy. I loved that. The people that run your business are important. The better you treat them, the better they treat your customers.
I saw this table on a walk this week between two businesses. Don’t treat your people this way. Never.
When larger employers hire new workers, they need to find a way to ensure that the employee is getting the supervision, training, and support they need out of the gate. While that’s slightly outside-the-box thinking for employee activity monitoring software, it clearly shows there’s flexibility when it comes to using these solutions.
